Duties:
During 2007 and 2008 handled Material Damage Appraisal Assignments as a
1099 employee. This included inspecting Auto Damage at Shops and other
locations, completing Auto Estimates and reaching an agreed cost of
repairs. In 2009 I went full time with
AutoClaims Direct as a Supplement Queue Auditor resolving supplements with
shops (virtual). Also during 2009 the
company started taking on Auto Liability Claims from a carrier and I was
handling Adjusting for them (virtual) with a pending of about 100 to 150 files. This was Desk adjusting with statements,
liability determination and claims resolution.
Setting reserves, resolving liability and handling subrogation.

Duties:
Started with Safeco Insurance in 1984 as an inside property (desk)
adjuster. Was promoted to Property
Supervisor then switched to the Causality side and was a Auto Claims Supervisor
for about two years. I was then moved
over to manage the Subrogation department and did that for another few
years. I then worked for Safeco in their
Workers Compensation department
handling claims and attending Workers Compensation hearings and trials. During my last few years with Safeco I was
doing Material Damage Appraisals in Arizona, Nevada and California.
